- Purchase Request number IQC09028009097, NSN 1640-01-281-7890, WIRE ROPE ASSEMBLY, SINGLE LEG, The item is to be utilized on a UH-60A BLACK HAWK AIRCRAFT. Solicitation SPM4A6-09-R-0319; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; FULL & OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 855 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 855 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 3420 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 3420 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 6840 each for the base and option years. This requirement is in accordance with basic drawing 70500-02159 ( cage 78286) dtd 10/09/1998; type number 70500-02159-047. FOB Destination., Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 72 days ARO for the base and option years. This procurement has a surge and sustainment requirement which consists of 11 MWR, FOB Destination – Every 30 days starting 30 days ARO; 9960 Surge Cap, 1 ea UNPR due with offer; 9961 Surge Test Plan, 1 ea, UNPR if required after award; 9962 Surge Testing, 1 ea UNPR if required after award; and 9963 Surge Report, 1 ea UNPR if required after award. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is February 23, 2009 & closing date of March 25, 2009. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
