Description

This is a commercial acquisition. The Contractor shall provide one (1) Laser Platform System in accordance with the purchase specifications outlined in the solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and "active" CCR may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award. The solicitation will be issued on or about 11 February 2009. The Offer Due Date will be 11 March 2009. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizops.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through FBO. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
