- See Note 22. Due to proprietary information, the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 6.302. This requirement is for Matrix Heater Blankets. This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is a written solicitation. No telephonic inquiries. To obtain a copy of the solicitation send an email to nina.cavazos@us.army.mil. Include company name, address, phone number, fax number, tax ID number, DUNS number and CAGE code. This solicitation is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals.
