- THIS IS A REVISED ANNOUNCEMENT - The VA Heartland Network 15 Contracting Center will issue RFP VA-255-09-RP-0099 for VISN 15 Home Oxygen Equipment and Oxygen Supplies. This requirement will be set aside for Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Proposals will be due by 2:00 p.m. March 20, 2009. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 532291. All responsible Veteran Owned Small Business sources may submit a proposal. RFP will NOW be available on or around February 20, 2009.
