- The US Army Contracting Command intends to award to Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO) Audio and Video Teleconferencing Equipment in Buildings 8418, 8419, and 8420, which will support the exsting Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation Communityn and be compatible with existing Information Technology (IT) infrastructure within the UHPO PEO Aviation Organization. This system will provide significant savings in travel costs. This equipment is used extensively in the management of numerous programs directly affecting the warfighter and future technology. The system helps the wafighter by allowing key contacts in both the PEO Aviation and PEO MS community connectivity via VTC to organizations which will substantially assist with reducing TDY and associated costs. Based on the following information, there is a reasonable basis to conclude that the agency's minimum needs can be satisfied by Quantum Technologies, Incorporated, Huntsville, AL. The current system designed and installed by Quantum for numerous PEO AVN and MS conference rooms has been installe din multiple AMCOM locations utilizing the same software and communications package. Due to the complexity of a programming system, Quantum is the only vendor tha can satisfy the agency's needs. NOTE: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD(s) Central Contractor Registration database.
