- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation W901UZ-09-T-0003 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14, dated 11/22/06. This procurement is unrestricted and issued under NAICS code 423710, small business size standard of 100 employees. The North Dakota Army National Guard is requesting eight (8) each Craftsman 40 wide tool chests Mfr model# 59721; ten (10) each Waterloo 52 wide tool chest Mfr model# TRX5210BK; ten (10) each Waterloo tool cart Mfr model# TRX5213BK; four (4) each Craftsman 36 wide tool chest Mfr model# 65565; one (1) each Craftsman 36 wide tool chest Mfr model# 65563; one (1) each Craftsman 46 wide tool cart Mfr model# 65578; one (1) each Craftsman 36 wide tool cart Mfr model# 59933; one (1) each Craftsman 46 wide tool cart Mfr model# 65576; one (1) each Craftsman floor cabinet Mfr model#59126; one (1) each Craftsman floor cabinet-locker Mfr model# 59125. All tool chests, carts & cabinets need to be delivered to USPFO Warehouse, 4100 E Divide Ave, Bismarck, ND 58506-5511. Ensure your quote includes the freight/shipping charges to this address if applicable. Quotes are due in by 11AM central time on February 16, 2009.
