- Description
- This is an amendment to announcement number CMS20090108 to correct the small business size standard under NAICS 541330 from $12.5 million as previously announced to $4.5 million. The announcement was issued as a sources sought notice only. No solicitation exists at this time. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District was seeking information regarding the capability and availability of qualified small business contractors to provide Construction Management Services to support construction management activities for construction contracts at military installation throughout the Savannah District. These installations can include Ft Bragg, Ft Gordon, Ft Jackson, Ft Stewart, Ft Benning, Ft McPherson, Ft. Gillem, Moody AFB, Hunter AAF, Seymour Johnson AFB, Robins AFB, and other installations as required. The contractors may be tasked with providing these services at multiple installations at the same time, so staffing availability and the firm's ability to demonstrate its strategy for supporting multiple locations must be taken into consideration. The required services include a broad range of engineering and construction activities including (but not limited to) assistance and guidance to field offices, construction QA inspections and reporting, review of contract documents and shop drawings, review of NAS schedules and QC plans, and investigation and reporting of construction contractor claims. If you responded to the initial notice and want to be removed or provide revised or additional information, notify the POC. Interested parties provide your capabilities on no more than three pages and should include firms name, address, phone number, email and point of contact; capability to perform to include geographic span; and business size to include small business designation.
