First Article Testing (FAT) is required. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is applicable 100 each 420 after contract award. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing or when FAT is waivered is 100 each 280 days after contract award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglass Helicopter Company Cage 8V613. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to daft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
