Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. F1AF1N8305AQ01. The solicitation document; incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-29. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334310 with a business size standard of 750 employees. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for small business. LINE ITEM 0001: 24x28x30 inch, cherry wood veneer conference room table with installation of microphones, cables, and testing of sound system. Labor, engineering support and freight costs included in accordance with attached performance work statement; QUANITY: 9, UNIT PRICE __________; EXTENDED PRICE__________; Period of Performace: 120 calendar days starting ADC.
