Description

This synopsis, modification #01 to presolicitation notice for RFP #W9128A-09-R-0011, does not change but adds previous contract information to the initial synopsis as follows: This requirement replaces previous contract #DACA87-03-D-0014, with American Technologies, Inc. awarded on December 31, 2002 with a base year and four one-year option periods in the total not-to-exceed amount of $50,000,000.00. The previous contract DACA87-03-D-0014 which expired on December 31, 2007, included similar services within the Former Waikoloa Maneuver Area on the Island of Hawaii only. This requirement will also replace existing contract #W9128A-08-C-0012, with Dawson Environet, JV LLC, awarded on June 27, 2008 in the total amount of $9,467,466.00. Service included a performance period through August 21, 2009 for similar service at the Former Waikoloa Maneuver Area on the Island of Hawaii only. Within-scope modification P00001 was awarded on December 29, 2008 in the additional amount of $4,310,903.00, increasing the total contract amount to $13,778,369.00 and extending the contract performance period through October 30, 2009. No response is required at this time. RFP will be issued on or about February 16, 2009.
