Description
Response to Questions: a. Is the work to be performed at the CDC Atlanta office or a different location? All locations have not been identified, that information will be in the Performance Work Statement/Statement of Work if a solicitation is issued. b. Are only 8a certified businesses are eligible to apply? This sources sought is to see what types of businesses are out there and are interested. For the Sources Sought any company can submit a capabilities state (Please identify your business size status), however if a soliciation is posted only companies that fall with in that set aside will be considered for award. c. Is the incumbent, Total Solution, Inc., over the size standard for NAICS 54611? The Small Business Association makes the determination of size standard for all companies. d. How many personnel under this task order procurement do you anticipate needed for this project? That information will be in the Performance Work Statement/Statement of Work if a solicitation is issued. e. Will the consultant develop and execute different techniques and procedures? All specific information on a position will be determined in Task Order Performance Work Statements/Statements of Work. f. When is the preferred start date and what is the estimated length of the contract? This information will be in the soliciation if one is posted. However, the estimated start date, if this sources sought results in a contact, is January 1, 2010. g. Which unit/branch will be supported? It is anticapated that the contract will be open to all offices of the CDC, however the two main Offices are The Coordinating Office of Global Health & Office of Global AIDS Program. h. Are there citizenship requirements? Unknown at this time, please see question a. i. What is the reference number of the previous contract and which main aspects changed since the last award? The previous contract number is 200-2007-21509. j. Please explain which CDC-specific applications our candidates should be familiar with. The following are a list of some of the CDC-specific applications (by Program Office), however these may not be not all of them if a soliciation were to be issued. COGH - IRIS, PMIS, Health Impact.net, Documentum, MACCS, PGO systems for Grants and Contracts (ICE & UFMS) CDCGlobal (International travel request system) ECC (the Cable/NFT system for international travel) Epi-X OGAP - ICE, TRAX, C-Support, TASNET, MAINFRAME, GOVTRIP....
