Description
Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-215-3585/ IQC09028009060, FITTING,DRAIN. Configuration Control applies. A technical data package is available and may be obtained for use in developing a source approval request (SAR) for engineering source approval. Currently the only approved sources for this item are TARA TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION, cage 07582, SENIOR FLEXONICS INC., cage 16519 and METAL-FLEX WELDED BELLOWS, INC., cage 1HS33. This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1 year base period and 4 option years. This is a Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. Only offers from SB concerns will be considered. The estimated annual demand is 48 units. This solicitation has a First Article / Pre-production approval required by government testing. First article sample size is one (1) each. The required delivery schedule is 96 DARO for delivery of First article units, and 96 DAFAA for delivery of production units. FOB is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
