Description
This sources sought notice is for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, construction, and limited design-build services at multiple locations within National Forests in Mississippi. Typical work includes but is not be limited to: interior and exterior renovations, bridges, demolition, limited utilities, site-work, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, roads, trails, storm drainage, construction of new facilities, limited design-build, and other related work. All will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, specifications and drawings provided with each project, or master specifications. This sources sought notice also serves as the pre-solicitation notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is under 236 and 237. The small business size standard is generally $33.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15.3 source selection procedures. Evaluation factors will include past performance, technical capabilities, and price of a prototypical project to be included in the solicitation. Interested offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Firms can register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the CCR Information Center at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications online at http://orca.bpn.gov. Prospective offerors are invited to respond to this notice if interested in participating in this process. Your response must include the name and address of your business, email address, telephone number and your business classification, e.g., large, small, 8(a), HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, woman-owned, etc. Email response to gmpelch@fs.fed.us. Responses to the sources sought notice is February 27. The solicitation for this request for proposals and related documents will be available for download at http://fbo.gov/ on or about March 15, 2009, and will be posted under AG-447U-S-09-0012NM. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site.
