- Description
- The Four Corners Construction Office is seeking to retain a Contractor to properly abandon a stock watering well near Ridges Basin Dam prior to the filling Lake Nighthorse Reservoir. Objective: Plugging an artesian well and filing of applicable forms and reports with appropriate Government agencies. Qualification: A license to practice this type of construction in the State of Colorado and be familiar with current applicable federal, state or other regulations and documentation required for proper well abandonment.The contractor shall be knowledgeable of the State of Colorado requirements "Rules and Regulations for Water Well Construction, Pump Installation, Cistern Installation, and Monitoring and Observation Hole/Well Construction (Water Well Construction Rules) 2 CCR 402-2."
