Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for Tyndall AFB for the following commercial items: "BRAND NAME OR EQUAL" Item 1: Alaska Small Shelter, (Tan) #AK-SS-V280-2 QTY: 1 EA Item 2: Alaska Container, (Tan) #AK-SSS-CONT-2 QTY: 1 If providing an "or equal" please submit details and specifications of your product. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 332311 applies to this procurement. The small business size standard is: 500 Employees. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
