Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is interested in leasing approximately 720 square feet of office space. The space must be located within the city limits of Baltimore, MD. Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction. The space must be fully serviced, fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and must conform to aplicable Life Safety Performance Level. All locations will be inspected by the Government to ensure they meet the requirements before they receive further consideration. Persons interested in offering space should contact us in writing by February 16, 2009. The effective date of the lease will be 90 days after award the lease will be for five years.
