****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Brent Tarpley, Contract Specialist, Email: brian.tarpley@us.arm,y.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX9CF013AX, NOUN: Torque, Tube, Sensor, NSN: 4920-01-555-8241; P/N: 1003324-1, Qty: 3 each applicable to Flexible Engine Diagnostic System (FEDS) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 3 each 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 188 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 3 each, 200 DACA. This item is restricted to Teledyne Technologies, Inc. (CAGE CODE: 1NUQ8) this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of the DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
