Description

DESCRIPTION: PR 0017626323, 5962-01-312-9473. Approved source(s): Natel Engineering Company Inc (09059) & Raytheon United Kingdom LTD (K5533) for Part Number 8655417-002. The requirement is for 41 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U) & Tracy, CA (W62G2T) within 90 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 20 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of February 17, 2009. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation date.. Various increments solicited: from 20 ea to 39 ea; from 40 ea to 79 ea; from 80 ea to 139 ea; from 140 ea to 200 ea. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Natel Engineering Company Inc. (09059) & Raytheon United Kingdom LTD (K5533) for Part Number 8655417-002. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
