- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Knoxville, TN (Correction to delineated area) The United States Government seeks to lease office space of approximately 6,544 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding 5,690 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) in Knoxville, TN, within the following Delineated Area: North : Jackson Avenue East: SR 158 to Vine Ave. to Hall of Fame to Church Ave. to Salvus St. South: James White Pkwy to SR 158/Neyland Dr. West: Henley St. The proposed lease term is for three (3) years, one (1) year firm. Contiguous space on one floor is required. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space should not be located near schools, railroad tracks, in an industrial area, etc. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. The overall dimensions of the space shall be amenable to provide an efficient layout. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 1, 2009 or earlier, if possible. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
