- Description
- The contractor shall provide grounds landscaping services at various locations along the George Washington Memrorial Parkway. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730 with a small business size of $6.5 million. This procurement is being solicited under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The resultant contract from this solicitation shall be firm fixed price with a potential four option years. The solicitations shall be evaluated using the lowest price technically acceptable method as specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.101-2. The solicitation for this procurement will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about 2/20//2008. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. To download the solicitation all interested bidders must have a DUNS number. To receive a DUNS number please contact Dun & Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505. However, all responses will be delivered by express mail or hand carried by 4:30 PM, March 31st 2009. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the Government.
