Description

The purpose of this amendment 2 is to: (1) Offer a site visit at 10 AM on Tuesday, February 3 to all eligible, accepted vendors. Please follow the procedure, repeated here, for the visit: VI. SITE VISIT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR OFFERORS If you seek a site visit, you must email your request with the company DUNS number. In order to obtain access to a Secret Service facility, each individual must be cleared; only U.S. citizens, non felons are allowed in the facility; see SOW Special Provisions. You will be emailed a form which must be returned. (2) Extend the deadline for receipt of proposals which was Tuesday, February 3 at noon EST to Friday, February 6 at noon EST; and (3) Add the following language to this Solicitation: All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Award will be made on an all or none basis. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract. The Government will not be responsible for any costs accrued or incurred in response to this solicitation.
