- This is a request for quotes and will be the only notice. No formal solicitation will be issued. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure data migration services to enable the migration of its current Intralink 3.4 engineering drawing database to Windchill PDMLink 9.0. Present Intralink 3.4 database consists of approximately 1700 assembly, 1800 drawing, 150 format, and 12,000 part files, plus a small number (approximately.2%) of miscellaneous file types. PDMLink 9.0 will need to be properly configured. Services required are software installation including Visulization and Indexing; basic initial performance tuning; determination of best implementation configuration; product/library/project initial configuration setup; basic access permissions configuration set up; user, group, role and team configurations, and initial user training, mentoring, and consulting, including metrics and a post-implementation audit one month after the data migration is completed. In addition to the above required services, up to 90 hours of consulting assistance will be needed. Expertise is required in Pro/Engineer drawing formats (30 hours), Workflow processes (30 hours), and Model Check processes (30 hours). Please quote FOB Destination. Inspection /Acceptance at destination. The Government will award one (1) fixed-price contract to the offer constituting the best value to the government. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. All contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
