Description
14. At the conference, are you expecting the attending vendors/suppliers to give a product demonstration or presentation? No, this conference is strictly information only. 15. Due to the competitive nature of this project, would you allow for private demonstrations/presentations to be scheduled with key personnel in attendance? No private presentations or demonstrations will be scheduled with key personnel in attendance. All information about presentations and demonstrations will be availble after the solicitation is posted. This conference is to give information to industry about our requirement. 16. Will the bus routes/paths be shared? A brief overview will be shared during the conference. 17. Will we get to ride a sample/route? No. 18. Will you/the buyer provide the map graphic for the real time route overlay display on the PC based monitoring stations? If not, is on-line source such as Google maps acceptable? Further information on this will be discussed and determined within the solicitation. 19. Will there be any restriction or preferential treatment for solutions sourced from the USA, Canada or elsewhere? No. 20. Is the conference a meeting to get further details than what was provided in the synopsis? Yes, it is to provide industry with further details of the government's requirement than what was provided in the synopsis. 21. The conference starts at 1pm how long is it scheduled to last? It will last approximately 2 and a half hours, with an onsite tour of the buses following. 22. Is there an agenda that you can share with me? An agenda is being finalized and is not available at this time. 23. Is there any preference or credit received for attending the conference? No, the conference is for industry to get a clear understanding of the Government's requirement.
