- This requirement for Maintenance and Overhaul (M&O) of the subject item for the UH-60M aircraft. No surplus parts shall be used or applied. Stabilator, Quantity Range from 5 Each to 186 Each (FMS Quantity 31 Each) INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1560-01-294-7824 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: 70200-27000-049 The proposed contractual action will be a five year M&O Requirements contract with quantities as stated above. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment and materials for the overhaul. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy this agencys requirement. This item has been identified as a Critical Safety Item (CSI) which requires only approved sources to perform overhaul. This requirement is sole source because there is no DMWR identified for this requirement. The Original Equipment Manufacturer is Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06614-1378 (CAGE: 78286). Since no DMWR has been identified for this requirement, the overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with Contractor specifications. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitations must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources that can perform the above effort may submit an offer that shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded.
