Description

The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award a follow-on sole source contract for Architect-Engineering Services consisting of analytical engineering in support of the Coast Guard Civil Engineering Programs’ development and implementation of a centrally managed nation wide project prioritization process. TEC has provided the expertise to perform Phase I of the Shore Facilities Project Prioritization Process under an existing IDIQ contract which has since expired. TEC has developed proprietary data packages and unique expert knowledge of the draft SFPP process. They have extensive knowledge of existing Coast Guard data and various software programs which need to be utilized to implement the SFPP process. This is an ongoing effort. Soliciting competitive proposals for this second and final phase would result in duplication of costs from Phase I.
