- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg intends to issue a solicitation for distribution and management of contractor furnished equipment to include the following items: Network-Capable Black and White and Color copiers, Black and White and Color printers, wide area/plotter printers, and cross-cut shredders. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, supervision and control, material and equipment (other than provided by the government) to perform services specified in the Performance Work Statement. Office machines required will consist of the following: Network Capable Color copier (minimum 15 pages per minute); Network Capable Color Printer (minimum 15 pages per minute); Network Capable Wide Area Printer/Plotter; Network Capable Black and White Copier (minimum 40 pages per minute); Network Capable Black and White Printer (minimum 20 pagers per minute); Black and White Printer (minimum 5 pages per minute); Cross Cut Shredder. The printers will use 8 x 11 white bond paper and be supplied by the contractor. The plotter paper will also be supplied by the contractor. Delivery will be required no later than 17 February 2009. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract. NAICS code is 532420, Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, and size standard is $25 million. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Offers received in response to the solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency.
