PRON: AX9Q0105AX, NOUN: Grip Assembly, Contr, NSN: 1680-01-426-3032, PN:406-301-301-105, Quantity: 38 each, applicable to the OH-58D. Delivery quantity of 38 each going to Tracy, CA 95304-5000. Required Delivery Schedule is 38 each, 150 Days after Contract Award (DACA) without First Article Testing. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter, Cage Code 97499 and Esterline Mason Electric Company, Cage Code 81579. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
