Q16 Section 1.1 Summary & Section 1.6.2 - Product Data: indicates desire for badge printer for creation of ID cards. No specifications within the document are given regarding this printer. Are the badges to be color, single or double sided, etc?A16 Bid as indicated in the specifications. Q17 Section 2.3.8.2 - Audio Sensors. Please clarify the deserved function and locations of these detectors. Are these detectors intended to detect and report sound disturbances only or is the intention to record the audio? A17 Bid as indicated in the specifications. Q18 Is it required that all cable be concealed? A18 Bid as indicated in the specifications. Q19 What type of surface raceway is required for electrical? A19 Bid as indicated in the specifications. Q20 Will there be designated parking for contractors? A20 Bid as indicated in the specifications. Q21 Will there be on-site storage available? Q28 Due to the limited area size of the closet shown on the 1st floor drawings for the "Central Station Servers and Monitoring Equipment location", in order to fit all the equipment ie., 3 DVRs, access control computer, switches, a total of approximately 4-5 computers, it will be necessary to install a vertical Rack that in addition to the shelving, includes a power strip, fan for cooling, in the closet. This rack cost is $3k. Should we a) carry this cost in our proposal, b) as an "Option", c) or not worry about fitting all the computer equipment servers and monitoring in this closet.
