Description
The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) intends to negotiate and award a five year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with Price Redermination for the last two (2) years. Contract will be awarded sole source to Raytheon Company, 1001 Boston Post Road, Marlborough, MA 01752. The estimated ceiling of this effort shall be $49,500,000.00. This effort is to provide the Government with spare parts for the maintenance and repair to the AN/TPN-31 and AN/FPN-67. Raytheon is the original manufacturer of these items, and due to obsolescence, the Government does not possess a current detailed Technical Data Package. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals and responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. Further determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any updates to this synopsis will be posted to the website maintained at the CECOM LCMC, Fort Monmouth, Interactive Business Opportunities Page at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil.
