You may mail or fax your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-A, Hazel Erving, Contract Specialist, FAX number 256-842-6108; email hazel.erving@us.army.mil. NOUN: Frame, Aircraft, PRON: AX9C223, NSN: 1560-01-570-0620, PN: 70213-03002-046, Quantity: Min 10 / Max 50 each, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 10 each 161 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Cage Code 78286) because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
