Description: ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO JENNIFER JACKSON. No telephone or email requests will be accepted. This is a full and open competitive requirement. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, testing equipment and materials to overhaul the Pump, Axial, PRON: AX9M0116AX, PRID: B2346, Input NSN: 4320-01-116-4499, Input PN: 260-076-030-101/65016-01, Output NSN: 4320-01-116-4499, Output Part Number: 65016-01 in support of OH-58A/C aircraft. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a minimum quantity of 40 each, maximum quantity of 336 each which includes an estimated Foreign Military Sales (FMS) quantity of 56 each. Maintenance and Overhaul shall be done in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-4320-272 dated 01/17/1990 thru Change 4 dated 08/03/2004 to include all applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs) and AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). This requirement is currently unfunded. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance/overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
