- Description
- The Fleet Readiness Center East, Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for local phone service, DSL line, and BRI lines. The telephones are to have toll free and local service only. The telephones SHALL NOT have long distance service. The service shall include 14 phone numbers located in warehouse on US Hwy 70W, Building 137, MCAS Cherry Point, NC and East Plaza, Havelock, NC. There are two (2) DSL lines located on Highway 70, Havelock, NC and Building 137, MCAS, Cherry Point, NC. There are eight (8) BRI lines located East Plaza, Havelock, NC and Westbrooke, Havelock, NC. The period of performance will be 15 Feb 09 through 14 Feb 10. The government intends to award a follow-on contract to Embarq, 5454 W 110 St., Shawnee Mission, KS 66211-1204 as Embarq is the only company that can provide this service to Havelock and Cherry Point, NC.
