- A. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit feedback from industry on the acquisition strategy of DIA's need to transition WebFOCUS integration to program office developers. B. The purpose is to provide the DoD Intelligence Community (IC), consisting of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), with dedicated contractor support to work with program office to design and implement a variety of reporting, query and analysis functions using WebFOCUS dashboard. C. SCOPE/TASKS to be completed are: C1. Assist the program office in the design, development and implementation of WebFOCUS reporting, query and analysis functions. C2. Provide technical advice-assistance to program office on WebFOCUS best practices. C3. Support the knowledge transfer of WebFOCUS skills to local resources, both program office and contractor. D. Period of Performance: (1) BASE PERIOD of 6 months with (4) 6 month OPTIONS. E. SECURITY Contract scope/tasks may be classified up to the TS/SCI level. Contractor personnel shall be SCI-cleared, or SCI eligible. The contractor must submit an SF86 and nomination cover letter to the COR for SCI eligible individuals within 10 working days of contract award. It is acknowledged that some portion of the contractor's workforce may be able to execute their duties with lower level clearances. Government reserves the right to recommend to the contractor that certain employees not be permitted access to Government facilities in performance of this scope/tasks (a) who are a security risk, (b) whose performance is unsatisfactory, or (c) who constitute a disruptive influence within the facility. F. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN INVITATION FOR BID, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE AN ORDER/CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED. G. Interested parties are requested to provide information on their ability to satisfy any or all of the requirements outlined above. Information should be provided by electronic mail to Stephen.Lee2@dia.mil. H. At a minimum, responses should include company name and address, size of business, point of contact (including telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address), and a list of contracts within the past five (5) years under which the interested party has performed the same or similar work. Personnel qualifications having 5 or more years of work experience using WebFOCUS products (through Version 7.6.x). Proficient in using Managed Reporting, Report Caster, BI Dashboard, and Developer Studio. Currently hold or able to obtain a TS/SCI level of clearance. I.
