The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, testing equipment and materials to overhaul the Indicator, Liquid, Input/Output NSN: 6680-00-868-9811, Input/Output Part Number: 205-061-633-7 in support of the UH-1 system. Depot Maintenance Work Requirement 55-6620-277 dated 30 November 1990 have been approved for use for this overhaul. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a minimum quantity of 10 each, maximum quantity of 60 each that includes 10 each for FMS. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S small businesses, therefore, foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored. This requirement is currently unfunded. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance/overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
