Description: The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source based on training that shall engage participants in assessing perceptions of their personalities when analyzing the elements of ethics, vision, courage, and reality. Training shall provide participants with an understanding of an individuals strengths and weaknesses within these areas and help develop a plan for strengthening the areas that are weak. The contractor shall use various methodologies to provide the students training in conflict resolution, team effectiveness, communication skills, and personality style assessment. The contractor shall train employees on EEO laws enforced by the EEOC, the No FEAR Act, relevant Executive Orders, and the latest theories on workforce diversity to include demonstrated best practices. The training shall be tailored to ARL and designed to build on that which has been previously provided to managers and supervisors. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Management Dynamics, Inc- 1700 Rockville Pike, Suite 400 Rockville, MD 20852, for Managing Diversity Training for managers and supervisors. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
