Description
This solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. Contractor shall provide all parts and labor to restore broken HAPSITE unit in the event of any malfunction. NOTES FOR SUBMITTED QUOTES: 1. All proposals shall have a total price in U.S. Dollars in Block 24. 2. Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24 and 30. 3. Proposals not conforming will be considered non-responsive and rejected. 4. Email quotes to Mr. Rodney D. Aytch at rodney.aytch.ctr@detrick.af.mil 5. Email questions to rodney.aytch.ctr@detrick.af.mil. Include FA7014-09-T-0005 in the subject line. All Proposals must be received No Later Than 1700/5:00PM local time on 30 January 2009. The requirement is solicited on https://www.fbo.gov/index?cck=1&au=&ck= as of 23 January 2009.PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) FOR REPAIR OF HAPSITE UNIT SCOPE OF WORK 1. Contractor shall provide all parts and labor to restore broken HAPSITE unit in the event of any malfunction. Repair Service will include an evaluation of the system performance and then provide all of the parts and labor to restore the unit to full functionality per INFICON Test procedure (930-0422-1-A and 930-0422-2-B). Contractor shall cover and return each unit. The USAF will not be responsible for any repair or upkeep of the units other than Gasses at deployed locations. 2. Contractor is responsible for all return shipping arrangements of HAPSITE units to the USAF locations. OCONUS shipments shall use "International Priority Shipment Services" (DHL, FEDEX, or others) and transit times will vary based on the location. 3. Contractor shall provide software updates for HAPSITE units. 4. Contractor will provide 24/7 reachback assistance and/or technical support.
