This extension cord assembly is used on Chemical Biological Protected Shelter System. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-aside. Overall length is 84.00 inches with a male plug at one end and a female plug at the other end. NAICS is 334417. Custom Assembly Required. Required delivery is on or before 100 days after award. FOB Destination to Blue Grass Army Depot at the shipping address: BL6 W22PVJ Blue Grass Army Depot, Central Receiving, Bldg 220, Richmond KY 40475-5011. Estimated issue date is 9 FEB 2009. In accordance with FAR 8.602, the supplies covered by this solicitation are determined to be products furnished by Federal Prison Industries (FPI). Notwithstanding the inclusion of any set-aside provision or clause in this solicitation, award may be made to FPI, even if this solicitation is subject to a set-aside provision. Distribution Statement X and Export Control Warning are applicable to this items Technical Data Package (TDP). Distribution is authorized to US government organizations and private individuals or enterprises eligible to obtain export-controlled technical data in accordance with DoD Directive 5230.25. Technical data can only be distributed to contractors who have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement on file with Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). This solicitation will be issued electronically, as will any amendments thereto, in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102.
