Description
This is an Amendment Two (2) to Solicitation Number: W91WAW-09-T-0027. Contractor Questions and Government Response are incorporated into the solicitation (please see below). Quotes are due no later than 23 January 2009; 1:00 PM E.S.T. Quotes shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Regina Foston at Fostonr@conus.army.mil and the Contracting Officer, Ms. Annette Vaughn at annette.vaughn@us.army.mil. Please see the Contractor Questions and Government Response: 2009 Department of Defense (DoD) Postal Symposium Contractor Questions and Government Response 22 January 2009 Contractor Question #1: I have received the lead for the above meeting through FBO, but could not find how many guest rooms the group will utilize each night. Can you please provide that information so I can include it in my proposal? Government Response to Question #1: Guest rooms/lodging will not be purchased for this symposium. Contractor Question #2: Will the participants need accommodations, if so, how many rooms and for how many nights? Government Response to Question #2: Guest rooms/lodging will not be purchased for this symposium. Contractor Question #3: Are there any lodging requirements or needs? Government Response to Question #3: Guest rooms/lodging will not be purchased for this symposium. Contractor Question #4: Due you have a tentative date in June for the symposium? Government Response to Question #4: This Symposium may be scheduled anytime during June 2009 as long as it is scheduled within five consecutive days (Monday- Friday). See Paragraph 1.5, Period of Performance of the Performance Work Statement. Contractor Question #5: Do you have a preferred week in June for the Symposium?
