Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Partnered Print Solutions, PO Box 1362, Dacula,a GA 30019, for RFID cryolabels, printers and hardware equipment. The items to be ordered are three (3) SATO GL412e 4.1" print width; three (3) Impinj Speedway Readers; eight (8) Impinj Brickwayrd Antennas; twelve (12) rolls Printer Resin Ribbons SATO P/N FST06430; and sixty-thousand (60,000) RFID cryolabels P/N 13205, one inch. CDC believes that this requirement can best be provided by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy Agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This procurement is not set-aside for small business. For contractual questions contact Tamera Murphy.
