- NSN 6620-00-628-2122, Shaft and Magnet. Item is solicited as Unrestricted. The source cited in the item description is Ametek Aerospace Products (97424), P/N 4765W24G700. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 217 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 60 each for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 15 each is for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 60 each. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. A surge and sustainment requirement is included in the solicitation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. End item application is in support of F-4 aircraft. Solicitation issue date is February 2, 2009. The date is subject to change.
