- Description
- This is a new market research. It is toreplace the market research listed under the title of Information Operations and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Program Management, Engineering and Logistics (PMEL) Support posted on E-Commerce on 7 Oct 2008. The Engineering portion of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is removed and the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is changed to 541330. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston is conducting a new market research (under N65236-08-R- 0167) to identify Small Business(es) (SB) sources to provide Program Management and Integrated Logistics Support (PM-ILS) for Information Warfare, Information Operations, and Associated C4ISR. The requirements are for non-personal program management support services in the following areas: program, project, and financial management; integrated logistics support; and configuration and quality management. These services support a wide variety of C4ISR systems, as well as overall management support services performed in support of tasks managed by SPAWAR Atlantic. While the requirements are central to the tasking supported by SSC Atlantic Code 56100, this procurement is also intended to support other associated C4ISR (revised draft statement of work is attached). Please Note: Due to the broad scope of this procurement action, it is anticipated that the resulting awardee, in accordance with FAR 9.5, Organizational Conflict of Interests, would be ineligible to compete on future procurements concerning engineering capability support within the 561 business unit (formerly code 71).
