- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and under the authority of FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number N00167-09-T-0046 applies and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested; a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332111. The Small Business Administration size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated through Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Basis for award will be lowest price-technically acceptable; and past performance. Past performance will be evaluated through the Navy Red, Yellow, Green Program. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency.
