- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being posted as full and open. IAW 19.502-2(a)] The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334515, Size Standard 500. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAB8357A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular effective 15 January 2009. The Government intends to award contract line item numbers (CLIN 0001) Vector network analyzer, 4 ports, 300 KHz-8 GHz QUANTITY:1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA, (CLIN 0002 Calibration unit 300 kHz-8GHz, 4 port, N, QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0003) Repair coverage QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; Addenda to FAR 52.212-1 52.211-6 In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price.
