- NSN 6620-00-115-9042, Indicator, Pressure. Item to be solicited as a Total Small Business Setaside. The item description contains a drawing. Contractor First Article Test (sample size 4 each). Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 90 days ARO (after first article approval). Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 4500 each for the base and option years. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 9000 each for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 1125 each is for the base year only. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. he final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. End item application is in support of F-4 aircraft. Solicitation issue date is February 3, 2009. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil), select “Request for Proposal (RFP)” under the Solicitations heading.
