- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD), intends to award a sole source purchase order to LMS Engineering Innovation, 5755 New King Street, Troy, MI 48098. The requirement is for one each of the following: LMS Test Lab Desktop-Advanced (TL-DTP.21.1-NP), LMS Test Lab Frontend driver (8 channels-TL-SCD.08.3-NP), LMS Test Lab Modal Testing Advanced (TL-STR.28.2-NP), LMS SCADAS Recorder five slots, 8 channels modular package (SCR05-08), Dell Precision M6300, LMS SCADAS Mobile transportation case (SCM-CASE05) and Software Policy on LMS Test Lab products (TL-SSP-GO). LMS is the only manufacturer of the LMS Testing Equipment and Software Support. This requirement shall be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330. The award shall be firm fixed priced contract. The delivery shall be 90 days after date of award. FOB Destination Dahlgren, Virginia shall apply. This announcement is the only solicitation being issued. The solicitation number is N00178-09-Q-3010. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Vendors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Please note that defense payment may not make payment unless the contractor is established to receive electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT payments are based on the contractor's EFT information contained in the CDR database. Quotations are due 22 January 2009 no later than 2:00 p.m. - local NSWCDD time (EDST) to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110 at Building 183, First Floor, Room 106. Anticipated award shall be made by 26 January 2009.
