- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1UT608309AF01 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, 4 August 2006. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 424720, with number of employees not to exceed 500. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: Quantity one (1) Lump Sum The contractor shall provide Propane with Delivery Services to designated sites as prescribed in the Performance Work Statement and in accordance with the Bid Schedule.
