- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation H92243-09-T-DR03 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contracting Office, NAB Little Creek, Norfolk VA intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The associated naics code is 611699 and the Small Business Size Standard is 7.0M. This is a small business set-aside. Contract Line Item 0001 - Provide Course Development of Combatives Training IAW Attached Statement of Work Contract Line Item 0002 - Instructor(s) for Conducting Combatives Training as specified in Attached Statement of work. Contract Line Item 0003 - Travel - six (6)-one week trips to Walls, MS to conduct remote training IAW attached Statement of Work. All travel shall be in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR). The statement of work is attached. Note that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system to be considered for the award. Registration is free and can be completed online at http://www.ccr.gov The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. Offerors are required to complete and include a copy of Far 52.212-3 with their proposals. Representations and Certifications shall be completed via the ORCA website https://orca.bpn.gov The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items. Award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal and contractor past performance for same/ similar services. Contractor is to submit past performance information for 2 orders dated within the past 3 years where same/similar services were provided. The government reserves the right to visit contractor facility to observe training methods to assist in evaluating applicants' qualifications. Submissions should include: contract order number, quantity, unit price, customer name and point of contact with phone number. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 -Acquisition of Commercial Items Provisions and Clauses applies to this acquisition.
