- Description: I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. II. The solicitation number is QMAA-FD-090304-N and is being issued as a request for quotation. III. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. IV. Notice: The solicitation is 100% full and open and we anticipate an award of a firm fix price contract. The NAICS code is 336211 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. V. Contract line item number 0001: PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT 1 FOR ITEM(S). VI. FOB: Destination. 180 Days After Date of Contract (ADC). Place of delivery is: Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center 1201 E 9th Street Bonham, Texas 75418 Eng. Building #9. Please see attachment 1 for more delivery details. VII. The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. VIII. The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation –Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: PRICE PAST PERFORMANCE TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY IX.
