- Pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of Cable 13,000 Ft. Part Number: 114-23-3827 The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). This solicitation will be made under the conditions of a 100% small business set-aside. All interested sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation W911N2-09-T-0062 date: O/A 14 January 2009, Closing date: O/A 26 January 2008. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 14 January.
