Description
The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement to provide furniture to include delivery and installation. The solicitation is W912JV-09-T-2001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by January 30, 2009, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Requirements contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Substitutions are NOT ALLOWED. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to nicollette.kennemer@ng.army.mil. 1.0Scope of Work 1.1Provide Teknion office and meeting room furniture for employees and soldiers of the Oregon Army National Guard. Furniture required will include a combination of modular furniture: guest and task seating, file cabinets, bookcases, tack board surfaces, paper management, pencil drawers, computer key board trays and cable management and panels. Provide required number of office wardrobe closets. Provide required number of Classroom Tables, Chairs, and one chair cart 1.2Teknion furniture needs to conform to existing furniture already in many of the armories throughout the state. 1.3Provide project management to include design and installation of all furniture components. Specific to the armories needs in predetermined colors and materials to include coordinating with the Contracting Officers Representative prior to the issuance of a Delivery Order to ascertain the furniture requirements for each Armory. 1.4 Provide delivery and setup within 60 days of the signed order. Removing the displaced furniture to a location in Salem or Portland, Oregon, to be determined. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability.
